Receiver advice for Polk 700 series RM705

I purchased the Polk speakers for the home family theater and I need some advice on a 7.1 or 7.2 receiver under 300.00 if that's possible. I want a receiver that's going to power all speakers with clean power and airplay. Any advice would be appreciated . Also I would do a refurb or used but what model and make.
