42" panasonic plasma p42s20a with black line down screen

Panasonic plasma tv 42" with a black line from top to bottom about an inch and a half wide. Any help would be appreciated
Panasonic plasma p42s20a has a line of black near the middle of the screen exactly above one of 12 ribbon cables. I had a quick fiddle but to no avail please help me
