A Pre/Pro with Audyssey XT32 for around $600?

Guy wondering if such a Pre/Pro exists?

I have a Denon 5805, the monster (the first gen that only does 1080i, no Dolby True HD/DTS MA) and I'm trying to decide on keeping and using it as a power amp with a Pre/Pro, or selling it and getting something like a Denon 4520.

I am running 7.2 with Quad L Series 22/12/11/C 2x Quad L subs

Any suggestions welcome on what path to take.

Nothing close in the Pre/Pro market but the Onkyo 818 has gotten relatively close to that price during some holiday sales. I've seen some reports of open box Denon 4311s getting under the $1000 mark, but not near $600 yet.

The 818 has XT32 but not SubHT. If you only have a single sub, then SubHT isn't relevant.
The 4311 has both.

Missing Audyssey XT32 etc which I'm after but still interesting to pair with my monster 5805.

If you go from the latest Audyssey MultEQ XT32 to none at all, you might as well consider the Emotiva UMC-200 also. Here's a review with some notes about the Outlaw as well:
