Titanic 12 and bash 500 build

Hey guys,

I'm using winisd pro to model this combo. I like 3.5 - 4 ft3 tuned around 20 hz but i can't figure out how to keep the port velocity down. I was thinking about going sonosub.... but if i have to get creative with the port idk, maybe i'm doing something wrong. I'm using a hpf SOS q=1 17mhz 2nd order.

looks like 225 ish watts will hit xmax, so thats what i'm designing the ports to.

Any help would be great

If air velocity is too high and you can't fit round ports, go with a slot port. I did a quick model and it looks like three 3" x 38" pvc ports should work with an enclosure size of 3.5cu ft, 500w, 18hz highpass.

What subtype filter did you select, with that port setup i get about 20 m/s port velocity

20m/s is fine I think,  even better if you flare the ports.

This is saying it should be Fc=29.9 Q=1.22.... anyone know whats correct for the highpass on the Bash 500 amp?

Not sure about that amps filter, but one of the easiest ways to get air velocity down is to set the port tune either right at, or just below the amps HPF.
