Infocus SP7210 Receiver Compatibility Please

Hello folks, have a dilema here. I need some ideas as to what new receiver to purchase that is compatible with the Infocus MP1 I think its called. I remember when I purchased my Onkyo TX-SR705 that a few receivers only were compatible with the hdmi to dvi type setup. The Onkyo decided to Not send out a signal of hdmi at all which is why of course I am looking for a new receiver.

I am looking in the price range of about $600.00 max and quite frankly am a bit lost. I would have posted in the receiver section but figured the question is really more about the sp 7210.

I believe it was in the official sp7210 thread, my Onkyo had no problems sending the signal to my 7210 Until the hdmi output gave up the ghost, which is why I am looking for a new compatible receiver.
