Too bad that you can't see the 56-60 Mbps MPEG-2 4:2:2 video that is being sent to foreign countries via the NFL World Feed. The CBS feed to the affiliates, while MPEG-2 4:2:2 video, it is only about half the bitrate. Of course, by the time it gets sent out over the CBS affiliate transmitters, it is only 12-15 Mbps 4:2:0 video. Many foreign countries will be providing a better bitrate than we have in the states, because they are using H.264 at a bitrate that is at least twice what we have here.
Before anyone thinks that I am able to see the world feed, I can't, as it is encrypted. I can still tune it in and see what the bitrates are.
