What's Al Jarreau doing refereeing the game?

Stain on a stick!

This game is getting good now. Niners getting the ball back with a chance to possibly grab their first lead of the game.

Love all those Mercedes commercials in and about The Napoleon House in the Quarter, I stayed there for a week in October and the place just drips with character.

Great time for a power outtage!

Feels like somebody finally turned the Power back ON.

Winning ugly is still Winning, way to retire Ray Lewis....
Ray Lewis ain't taking NOTHING for granted. He wants to see zeros on that clock. Don't blame him at all. Game was "in the bag" in the 3rd Q.

Hand the murderer his trophy. Barf...

The mic on the CBS handheld camera picks up Flacko cursing.
I don't know what's worse. Taking a beating and never being in a game or losing a tight one down the stretch.
I guess this is really both. Taking a beating early with no hope to win, getting some false hope and coming close only to lose at the end anyway.

That Coke girl at the end of that commercial looks like a dude in the face. Maybe it was the way she winked, no , she just looks like a dude.

who predicted the safety, was it Simms? great call, took off 8 seconds from the clock..
Nantz asked if the Raves would take a safety and Simms said no.

In all fairness he did mull it over a bit. Most people aren't even looking for that. I know 11 people who definitely weren't.

You and me both. So sad we really lost it in the first half. We overcame that in Atlanta; was going to be hard to pull it off again.

I really wish someone would ask Ray Lewis about his missing blood stained suit in a live, nationally televised post game interview.
This was a crazy game. Certainly one that will be remembered for a lot of different reasons. Looks like I will be waiting till next season, but can't wait.

Ray Lewis shut the fu©k up!
Ray Lewis could go broke tomorrow but will never go hungry or homeless for the rest of his life.
M&Ms had the best commercial. I also liked the Tide commercial with the '"Joe Montana Stain". smile.gif

PS Where were you when the lights went out?

Of course, by the time it gets sent out over the CBS affiliate transmitters, it is only 12-15 Mbps 4:2:0 video. Many foreign countries will be providing a better bitrate than we have in the states, because they are using H.264 at a bitrate that is at least twice what we have here.
Great....rolleyes.gifmad.gif

Those were good, but the best (IMO) is the "Space Babies" from the first half.

It was Beyonce's lip sync machine that shorted out and caused the power outage. smile.gif

I noticed 5-10 times (all during the game and pre-game) when a microphone was either opened before it was supposed to, or left open long after it should have been closed. The incident that seems to be getting most of the attention now (rightly or wrongly) is Flacco's F-bombs from the camera microphone. It's no surprise that players curse, but usually someone is listening and closes the mic ASAP. I suspect that there is so much chatter going on in the truck during the game that you can't really pay attention to what is actually going out "over the air.". All of the comms and hot-mic feeds in the truck audio booth get in the way of hearing what is really going on.

Unfortunate that Ray Lewis, at best an uncooperative witness to a murder, at worst an actual killer, gets to write his storybook ending. He'll say it was "God's will", no doubt, about 1000 times over the next year. rolleyes.gif

Great game, though. In the end, maybe Alex Smith would have been a little cooler and a little smarter during those last four downs. We'll never know. frown.gif

The Doritos commercials were made and submitted by ordinary people. The second one, with the guy in the wedding dress, was done by some guys here in Charlotte. We watched them all on YouTube last week; there were some others that were very good as well. Who needs a multi-million dollar ad agency?
