Sharp LC-52LE640U Pixelation

TV almost one month old. Sporadic pixelating sometimes in narrow horizontal band, sometimes in patches, always frustrating. TW cable has replaced box and cables inside and outside apartment. Signal is strong. Is this the TV or the cable? When not pixelating the picture is great.

Digital TV frames are broadcast as both full frames and partial image update frames. So if some frames are dropped due to insufficient bandwidth available between the transmitter system and the TV tuner pixilation will occur.
This is why TW has tried replacing the component it has. The problem usually occurs with faster motion and/or certain channels only. It is never or almost never by the TV itself.

Thx. TWC wants permission to drill into building, something about corrosion (building and wiring are indeed very old). I wonder if this will help.
