Denon DBP-1611UD: A Good Choice at This Price?

I am currently using a Sony BDP-S350, which has served me well. I want, however, to listen to DVD-A and/or SACD, which the Sony will not play. I have a chance to buy a brand new DBP-1611UD on clearance for $149.00. Is this a good choice?

To be clear, I will be looking to the Denon for internet apps like Netflix; I have an Apple TV Gen. 3 and an Xbox for that. All I want is a solid bluray player that will handle DVD-A and SACD discs. Any thoughts? I have seen pros and cons for this player, and certainly don't want to move backwards, though the Sony is 3 years old.

Thanks for any advice!

Yes it's a good price. Make sure it's not refurbished. Wasn't it going for $400-$500 last year?

It's not a refurb. BB is blowing out a lot of clearance stuff. I got a Marantz SR5006 for $399!

Picked this up, and its pq is great. Waiting to try some SACD's/DVD-A's soon! Build quality is solid, and I had no problems getting it set up with my Harmony One. At $149.00 new in box, I think that this was a steal.
