Hey all, I have a 2011 Panasonic 55ST30 and would like to watch DVDs that are exclusively available in PAL DVD. I also want to play some of these PAL DVDs from my MacBook Pro - connecting via Mini Display port to HDMI
Window Display only gives me 2 options for Refresh Rate: 24 Hertz and 60 Hertz (NTSC). With 60 Hertz selected, picture playback is not smooth. And with 24 Hertz selected, picture playback is REALLY bad.
Is it possible to somehow get a 50 Hertz Refresh Rate? And if so, how do I go about doing that? Is there a firmware hack available or am I stuck with 60 Hertz in the U.S.?
