Theater Design Ideas Needed

The Mrs and myself are building a new house, and while I've got a screen and projector set up in an open basement setting at our current house, I will now be able to move it into it's own secluded room in our new house. Would love some suggestions on room layout. The biggest issue will be a 2 foot cement wall jut-in from the safe room adjacent to the theater room that I can't move. My question is, would you jut-in the opposite wall for symmetry and aesthetics, and then put the rack in that space, or leave that area open and shift the door closer to the screen and just have an open area on the back left of the room? I'm torn at the moment and any input would be much appreciated. I've included two drawings. The first is of the available room space and the second is my initial layout idea.

Or maybe something like this. Not thrilled with the door location but no option to enter from either storage room. This gives me a larger screen wall yet still a symmetric room. The two front pillars will be purely decorative due to the concrete wall on the left side but the back four will house the surrounds. Rack can maybe go in the back left corner built into the 1 foot space as well as the back corner of the framed in room???

I like the second plan much better from a visual perspetive. Just a heads up that 6 ft for reclining seating in the rear row will be tight. I always plan 6 1/2. Can you do a bump out in a rear corner into the storage space for your rack?

I wasn't sure on the back row so I just went with 6'. The chairs that I would want to use say 68" fully extended but I wasn't sure how much hangover/stretch space was needed after that. Thanks!

The storage area directly behind the back wall will be my bar countertop in the back right corner of the theater and then nothing after that, so the first available spot behind the back wall would be directly behind the couch and I don't imagine that working.

Sure appreciate the help, BIG. Have been browsing quite a few theaters you've helped build and I must say I'm impressed with your work.

Put a hinged front door on the column just above or below the door, steal a little bit of space from the next room?
