Colour shadows on Epson EMP8300 projector

PC190119.JPG 856k .JPG file I’m getting strange coloured shadows on the image. Don’t think it’s the optics so more likely electrical. All I can think of was perhaps the ribbon cables to the lcd panels but too much of a coincidence for 2 of them to develop a fault at the same time.

Cleaned the contacts on the lcd ribbon cables and it’s just like new again. Another hour well spent!
