Horrible Handshake issues!

So I just got my setup installed and it is useless and I don't know what else to do......so bummed.

Here are my devices:

Logitech Harmony 650
Onkyo HT-S5500
Epson 8350
Panasonic DMP-BTD220
TiVo Premiere 4

I have a 25' ft run from my projector to my receiver. Then my tiVo, and blu ray player plugged into the receiver. A direct connection works fine so I know its not the cord, Every 10-15 min the audio goes out and I get static/no picture for 2 seconds.....ANNOYING.

What do I do? Ive tried everything, different cords, changed the power sequence, device reboots, resetting the devices, unplugged all devices and plugged them in in a certain order, and reseated the HDMI cords.

HELP!?!?! Everything is BRAND NEW btw.....

Called Epson, no luck.
Called TiVo no luck.
Finally called Onkyo, after 30 min on hold I was able to speak to someone. The rep sucked but did fix my issue, as far I as I can tell....
I turned some color setting off and its much better now. Haven't watched a 2 hr film yet but we will see.....
