I'd say they made a good move by getting their new streaming service locked into Xbox live to help ensure profitability.

Did you post this in the Blu-ray forum because you think this will affect disc rentals?

Disc rentals are going down while steaming is going up. Since Coin Star has invested in both, I figured it would be a good topic for discussion.

Actually Redbox rental revenues are up, profit is down because:

A question more relevant here is what BD players have a Redbox Instant app? They said Samsung when they made their announcement so I hooked up my Samsung C5500 but no Redbox app downloaded. If they think that computers and mobile devices are enough they'll have a rough going with the HT crowd.
