Wanted: Wanted: Dark Knight Trilogy on UV

I am new to this board and recently bought this code for $13 from Cisenh. First he didn't send the code. After I asked again when I would receive the code, the guy snapped on me calling names and making threats. Then he continued to ask for pictures of my ques. I sent them, and what does he do? Deletes the entire thread once I proved he is nothing but a scammer.

My question: Are sellers here reliable? Is there someone I can buy UV codes from here and not get ripped off? I'm not so upset about the $13. It's just $13. I am upset about the way I was treated.
