I just got off the phone with tech support over at Epson and they told me it is because the page has too much data. I'm not buying that. I've noticed it intermittently on other sites but I couldn't tell you what they were. If someone could figure out what it causing it maybe we can adjust some settings on our video cards to get it to stop. Anyone else got more knowledge on this?
Yes mine resyncs too, but what I mean is that to stop the problem I need to turn the projector off and then back on. Then it usually stops.
Also that excuse from Epson is Lame. It's the graphics card and pc handling the data, not the PJ. The PJ is merely rendering the output, so it shouldn't mater what is on the screen as long as the output is what the PJ can handle. Not only that it's not even fast moving data. It's a HD projector for gawds sake.

The problem may also lie with the cable, a better cable may relieve the problem. I have a long 7m cable which may contribute to the problem. Incidentally I have also noticed any kind of electrical interference can blank the projector momentarily. My projector screen is motorized and on some occasions if I quickly reverse the motion of the screen it can create a pulse that blanks the projector.
