Where is the main movie title clip?

I picked up Safe today on Blu-ray disc and I used AnyDVD HD to copy it to my hard drive so I could watch it through WMP. But there does not appear to be a main movie clip. There is not one individual clip that is long enough to represent the main movie. In fact, the clips all look like they are the extras and stuff that these discs come with. You know, talking to the actors and directors...stuff like that.

I'm not quite following this...

It probably uses seamless branching. eac3to can reassemble the chunks, might be some other ways to do it too.

So I discover that the main movie file is held in a .mpls file. I used BD Info to discover that. Then I discover that the new version of Media Player Classic can play Blu-rays.

Bluray authors can split a movie into as many m2ts files as they like: the definition of which particular m2ts files constitute the movie and in which order is held in the playlist (mpls).

There may be many playlists on the disc, some of which are fakes to make playback more difficult when copying.

AnyDVD HD often has to be updated to find the right playlist and ignore the fakes on new releases. Check in the Slysoft forum to see which version is correctly handling your title, or whether it is still being worked on.

Open source Bluray players are starting to become a reality. Otherwise ClownBD can create a movie-only version, consolidating any fragmented m2ts files into a single m2ts file.

I ripped that movie with MakeMKV which found the main movie title without issue.
