While most electronics have panels to unscrew, this projector plastic casing is molded around the front lens assembly meaning then lens assembly most somehow come off.
The projector focus ring twisted off, and with all the accessible screws removed the top panel casing will partially lift off and hang up on the protruding lens assembly.
Surely someone has seen something like this before???
