I an building a speaker box and have Frankenstien-ed a few speakers together ,mounted them on a strong board and connected them to a Topping TP-30 amp. The amp can handle the load and is nice and clear when on full volume and low volume but in between the lowest setting an the the midway point there is little change, then after it passes the mid point it gets very loud. All the wires are soldered nicely and have a strong connection. I have them wired together like this: 2 standard stereo speakers to the left input and 2 to the right and the sub-woofer connected to both sides all wired to banana clips to plug in to the amp inputs. I don't have any real specifics of the speakers (bought them at a thrift store, but they're in good shape and sound nice) but if I haven't provided enough info let me know, I'll do my best to get more. I'm pretty new to this and I can't tell if it is my wiring or the amp, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
