Does this mean I can do 1080p60 in 3D from my pc through an HDMI 1.4 receiver to an hdmi 1.3 3dtv? I have a Panasonic VT25 plasma and a Denon receiver hooked up to my GTX 580 via mini HDMI. I will upgrade cards eventually, but I'm wondering if I'll still need a new TV and receiver to do 120hz gaming or 1080p60 3D.

Supersampled renders at 2560x1440 downsampled to 1280x720 can get you very close to the look of a native 1080p image.
