Need RF Extender DirecTV remote RF to control Denon receiver

I just got DirecTV and would like to use their remote. I have a standard Denon receiver providing amp to two different 2 channel systems. So one zone controls the speaker on the bedroom side and another zone controls the other side. The receiver is in a cabinet. I would like to control the volume for both rooms from my DirecTV remotes. Any RF extenders that I can use to control the volume on the receiver? Is this even possible...surely it is. Ideas?

Harmony has RF remotes. Also with a networking AVR, you could control the volume using a smart phone from anywhere in the house that has access to the WiFi network.
