HDMI to HDMI headphone jack

Hi,

I am not sure if this is in the right place, apologies if it is not.

I am looking to purchase a splitter which will take a HDMI input from my xbox and give an audio output to headphone jack and video output to HDMI (to projector). I have searched on the web but can't find any. Can anyone help out?
