See that's the thing, Audyssey was confused with my acoustical mess of a room. It crossed my Revel fronts at 250 Hz and sent all the bass to my sub, which it had me turn down so low I practically had no bass. I guess my main concern should be to replace my sub, it's a def tech supercube 1 and I want to go with two passive ones, possibly Dayton's. But I do want to double the power to my mains and I have seen quite a few people go the pro amp route. I just didn't know if the EQ on the XTI was a good idea or a bad one.

Correct, I can keep that response without compression up to 127 dBs.

Wow, I'm not sure some concerts I've been up front for were that loud.

Oh, I was not in the room, just running sweeps from my rack room. I only start to compress below 10hz at that level, above that I am still under 6% THD. When I run reference levels I am under 1.5% THD through the whole bandwidth. My room is only 2100 cubes.
