My Pioneer was purchased in May 2004 and just started showing a dark area in the middle of the screen. It's about a 2-3" dark circle shape. It's easier to see in a dark screen than a bright one. Any thoughts?
BTW, already replaced it with a 55" VT50. I do like the VT50. Without the spot and no 1080p, the Pioneer was a superior picture to the VT50 IMO. The Pioneer was over $5k though in 2004.
