So here it goes. I work for a school district working in the IT dept. I have recently been given a project which involves installing 2 large (7000+ lumens) projectors into the main gym area of this school. They want to have 2 projectors, projecting onto 2 16' electric screens, simple. Heres where it starts to get a lil interesting. They have given me a list of requirements they want this system to perform and although I can figure out most of the video requirements tying in the live sounds system is where I get trouble. Here is a list of the requirements and I would really appreciate any feedback.
- both projectors have to project simultaneously the same image or seperate images individually
- both projectors will be connected to a set of loud speakers and they need to run all together or sperately as well
- all of the wiring is going down to an in-wall cabinet where there needs to be hookups for laptop, ipad, iphone, etc
Here is a very poor drawing that kind of gives you the basic idea of what I'm dealing with
We need everything (video, audio) to run back to the inwall cabinet and then to the sound booth, so it can be controlled from either loacation synchronized between the 2 projectors or each on there own. If you guys have any idea of what I need to do and what kind of equipment I need to get the school to buy would be greatly appreciated.
