Marantz SR 7007 shuts off Polk subwoofer whenever!

We just got this setup -awesome sound, however, the marantz has a mind of it's own-mid stream anything off Uverse it turns off the Polk subwoofer -we don't lose the back speakers, just the sub.....
I don't know where to start here-anyone have any suggestions?

How is the sub connected to the AVR? What was it set to when you ran Audyssey? If -12db, the volume needs to be lowered on the sub to 9 o'clock and Audyssey run over again.
