hi all..
I received a BRAND NEW VT50 65' today.. Delivered via Best Buy.
I have always seen the Viera Sticker in the upper left corner of my TV's
this 65" didn't have any stickers on it.. it makes me leery... is it used or perhaps a floor demo. or return?

should I have a Viera sticker on the upper left corner if brand new?

thanks..

If the rest of the set looks new, I wouldn't worry. You should be able to check how many hours is on it to confirm it was not a demo unit. You should post over in the Plasma forum and tell them you have a Panasonic VT50 and they can help you over there.

There should be VIERA etched in the glass (not a sticker) in the upper left hand corner of the 65VT50s. If you do not have one, then its possible the glass has been replaced or you received a refurbished unit. Best Buy will send sets that have been returned to a corporate repair center who then repairs them and sends it back to the store to be sold as "open box" items at a discount. They may have delivered the wrong unit to you.
