Why Does My Panasonic TC-P60GT50 Say TC-P60GT50-2 On The T.V?

Do you do no forum or thread searching whatsoever?? You keep asking questions that have already been asked and answered in the various threads, and the -2 thing has been discussed a lot in those threads. Your TV is fine, and it's not refurbished.

In response to all the hysteria about the dreaded -2 suffix, AVJ calmed the fears of the masses and said the -2 is simply an internal company designation change and is of no concern to owners. Some think that it probably just means the TV has the newer-style board screws.

FYI - Panasonic does not refurbish TVs, nor does it authorize anyone to refurbish or sell refurbished Panasonic TVs. I don't get why you'd assume the -2 means refurbished, that's kinda paranoid
