I have found myself where i did not want to be - AV amp minefield !!!
I have done lots of research and am set on Onkyo for my next amp.
I am looking at a New discontinued network model so that i could get good spec for my budget rather than a new model with low spec.
Before i jump in and buy i was hoping some of you more learned people could help with my question;
why are the 2011 models alot more to buy than the 2012 models ????
I am namely talking about the 2011 NR579 & NR609 and 2012 NR414 & NR515
The 2012 amps seem like a bargain but are they much cheaper for a reason ???? I read that the NR515 is bascially the NR609 yet the 515 is £100 cheaper to buy ?
Any help would be much appreciated
