Limited Youtube Results?

Not frustrated. I don't use my PS3 for YouTube.

I just watch the ones I'm subcribed so no problem there.
I agree that the search is limited but it doesn't bother me.

I've learned to set up YouTube content on my PC. The search function is useless and cumbersome on the PS3 ap.

The search function seems to get the same results for me on the PS3 or PC, though they're presented differently on PS3.

Maybe someone can help with the problem I'm having. Every time I try to sign into YouTube on PS3 it makes me sync my account. I've entered the randomly generated code on 4 separate occasions and it never seems to "stick". Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not sure you need to sign in on the PS3 once you have sync'd it. I can save some videos to watch later, jump on the PS3 and go right to them. I do notice on the way to "watch later" that there is a place to sign in but I never need to. Try that and see if it works?

I simply sync the app to my phone and use my phone to browse youtube, which is a lot easier to do than browsing through the ps3

Ditto. I use my Nexus 7, and it's perfect for this sort of thing.

I use my iPhone as "searching and choosing device" wich gives me the same results as PC and use PS3 as a "watch only" and no problems so far.
