What piece am i missing from my samsung pn58c7000 tv swivel stand?

I have a 2010 samsung pn58c7000. When i first got it i removed the stand to wall mount the TV. Now I need to put the stand back on. I have the guide stand and neck, as well as the stand base, but i am missing whatever it is that attaches the neck to the base. I made this video to explain better. Any help is appreciated.

Maybe downloading the manual will help since there's instructions for assembling the stand?

Edit: It looks like you took apart the part that wasn't meant to be disassembled. Do you recall actually removing a piece when you first did it? Is it possible that all that's needed is pressure?
