Killzone 2 was the best because of the weight of the guns. But then people complained, so GG made Killzone 3 less wighty but still better than COD. From watching video's of Shadow Fall the shooting will be similar to KZ3. It really is a shame because GG tried to do something special, but everybody is used to the easy shooting of COD and GG caved and went half way. COD really is a scrub game. Look at all the quick scopers who think they have skill, not realizing that auto aim is what makes it possible to quick scope. So just the fact that there are no quick scopers in KZ makes it a better game than COD.
The multiplayer is excellent and its a shame that more people don't give it a try. I have a group of friends who play COD and only COD. They are currently bitching up a storm about Ghost, yet they will not give KZ:SF a try....
Tha clan support was amazing in Killzone 2, they did stuff that no game had done on a console before.
You will also get fewer campers in KZ. Not to sure why, I guess it just goes back to the fact that COD is a scrub game. Probably has something to do with kill streak rewards that makes camping so tempting in COD. KZ does have rewards for kills, but they are way less powerful. And now that Ghost has taken away "lock on" launchers, camping should be even more tempting. Pretty stupid... thay have auto aim, but no lock on launchers when lock on launchers really exist. Its like they want to reward campers.
A lot of bragging in the COD camp about dedicated servers, well the KZ franchise has always had them.
a lot of rambling.... but my vote is to give it a try!
