Ok i have a question when it comes to TV calibration. I have the DVE HD basics bluray. I use my PS3 as my bluray player and so i've calibrated my tv using it. What i'd like to know is since i've calibrated my tv for YCBCR playback of my bluray movies, are those settings useful for other devices ? I'm asking cause i recently purchased an Onkyo 717 and i now know my PS3 (during gaming) cable box and xbox output RGB. I can switch my PS3 to output RGB only, and calibrate my tv for that setting. My question is should i be doing that? Calibrating for RGB output for the devices that work that way using my ps3 in rgb output mode? Or just use my setting from ycbcr calibration ?
