Help Me Choose the Last Few Parts for my HTPC!!!

Hi everyone!Tomorrow I'm going to Microcenter to try to get the last few parts for my htpc build. This is the first time I've ever built a computer. I'm building a mini-itx htpc to play mostly 1080p movies and tv shows/10-bit subbed anime mkvs since my laptop and ps3 fail to do either if those right (Its a nightmare trying to play or stream subs on a ps3!). I was going to get a media player but I thought htpcs would be more reliable and this would give me the opportunity to finally build a computer!
(The whole thing was suppose to be apart of my christmas gift but parents ran out of money.)

Anyway, these are the parts I have right now:
*Pentium G645 2.9GHz LGA 1155 Boxed Processor
*4gb Microcenter ddr3 ram
*120mm (I think) fan

I still have to get the case, hard drive, motherboard, and maybe power supply.

Since I want a small form factor pc i'm going to get this motherboard

http://www.microcenter.com/product/392369/GA-H61N-USB3_LGA_1155_H61_Mini_ITX_Intel_Motherboard

For the case, this is a toughy. I'm not sure whether to get

[BElite 120 Advanced Mini ITX Case][/B] http://www.microcenter.com/product/399001/Elite_120_Advanced_Mini_ITX_Case_RC-120A-KKN1 $44.99

or MI-008 Tower Black P4 Chassis with 250W http://www.amazon.com/MI-008-Tower-Black-Chassis-Supply/dp/B001H0BA24 $49.99

If I get the cooler master it will probably be higher quality then the mi-008 but then I will have to buy a power supply for it and its probably bigger. My parents or I won't be able to afford a really expensive power suppy so I will have to find something in the $5-25 (probably refurbished)

Can someone choose a power supply from these pictures that looks like I MIGHT be able to squeeze a few months out of it until I save up enough money to get a decent one if I get the cooler master case.

And has anyone had any positive experiences with the MI-008 case? I could save about $20 with that case.

Finally. I'm not sure if I will be able to get a internal hard drive or not tomorrow since I don't think my parents will have that much money with them. But if I can should I get

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00461G3MS?tag=at055-20 or http://www.microcenter.com/product/400847/1TB_7,200_RPM_SATA_60Gb-s_35_Internal_Hard_Drive_DT01ACA100_-_OEM

If they don't I will probably pick up their one of their $8.99 16 gb flash drive and install and boot ubuntu or it temporary :/

I'm sorry if this is too long everyone! This is my first build so I'm not sure on everything I exactly need to get! Also final question, should i try to squeeze $50 in there and return and upgrade my g645 to a core i3?I never opened it yet. I feel I might regret it if I don't upgrade to a i3

you want an i3.

IMO, There appears to be more room for expansion in the CM 120 case, so I would lean towards that. If you elect to purchase one of the PSU's you listed, I would recommend 1st the seasonic, then 2nd the sparkle power. Alternatively, You could get a Corsair CX430 PSU from NewEgg. They are regularly sale priced for $15-$20 after rebate.

Either of the hard drives are adequate, perhaps choosing the one with the best warranty would be best. I prefer WD drives, but I don't have anything against Toshiba esp. with double the capacity.

If you can opt for the i3, I would. It will be better served for what you want to accomplish now and in the future.
