Hey Everyone:
My friend wants to buy a used Epson 8500 front projector. He is using Mac 6.8 Desktop with a DVD player as his source and he is using my 8500 to evaluate.
He says the picture quality is good, but in the Epson Projector menu, it will not allow him to change the aspect ratio. He is using an HDMI cable from Mac to Projector.
I know nothing about Mac computers and he knows nothing about the 8500 Projector. Is this something (aspect ratio) that is defeated when using his Mac Desktop or does he need some Mac computer program or is it something with the projector? He has my manual, so I can't look this up at the moment.
If this has been answered somewhere before, please don't flame me, I haven't been on AVS for a long time but if anyone has information, suggestions, advice, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
