Great film looking forward in getting my copy next week. The audio in the theatres ( the one I went too ) was pretty bad so its good to see it works well on blu ray.

Just bought it, going to watch it tonight. Brave is definately one of my recent favorites.

The story was very thin, timid, safe, and pulled all its punches. PIXAR used to deftly mix a pretty creative story with sly and subtle adult humor that everyone could enjoy. No way was it best animated film of 2012.

Seems like PIXAR and Disney Animation are switching places. We'll see what Monsters Inc. 2 brings.

Completely agree with Brave on this. Nice visuals, audio was so-so, story was definitely lacking and bland.

I loved this movies and the characters in it. Especially the little girl and her relationship that grew with Ralph. The facial expressions and attitude of the little girl cracked me up. Movies like this make me feel like a kid again.

This has an incredible soundtrack streamed in 2.0 on Amazon. Would love to hear it on blu ray. Great movie.

Well to the doubters on a bum disc. I went to return my 2D copy for an even exchange. They were all sold out of 2D but 1 last copy of 3D. She let me swap it out but pay the difference! Cool. Well I just watched it again and Voila! All the bass was there.!. Like I stated before, in reference disc after the 2D viewing and all the bass was there. So I knew it wasn't my equipment.

Agree with Franin and crazy4daisy.............Keep the scope/OAR 3d coming. I love it! cool.gif

Watched the 3d version a few nights ago and thought it was great! I loved this one in both 2d and 3d and not sure I really have a preference as far as this disc goes.

Well I found it incredibly boring and unimaginative. Not many times I disagree with Ralph, but this was definitely one of them.

Unfortunately I blind bought the 3D disk set. I'm hoping I can give it away to a deserving 5 year old as I assume that was the target audience.

So your origional copy you had was lacking in bass? I had the volume way down when I watched it, maybe I should go check my copy. What are some of the best scenes for bass? I'm guessing the 2nd to last chapter...

I've seen this several times. I love it and my kids are nuts about. Even my 2 year old watches it from end to end. I never understood how John C. Reilly even made it into movies, he is homely and uncharismatic, for the most part, but he is perfectly cast for this. He has a stumbling natural delivery that makes his lines sound spontaneous and sincere, and perfectly fit the character. More than music or fx, I think capturing his voice adds more to this movie than almost anything else.
