I've had my Mitsubishi WD-82742 for just under three months and haven’t had any problems with it until just now. To complicate matters, I’m not entirely sure what CAUSED the problem, but I now have two arching lines at the bottom-right of my TV screen (see photo).
I was in the process of using the Disney WOW disk to calibrate my TV when the lines showed up… Problem is, I was also cleaning my screen so I don’t know if windex got behind somehow (?!) or what happened! The lines appear to be affected by light and are still visible (though very faint) when I switch sources (meaning, I guess, that it's literally the screen).
Any help would be great appreciated, as well as any advice you can give for how to get it fixed… Do I call Mitsubishi or Amazon (where I got)?
