I just bought a panasonic AG 450 from a guy craigslist. Got home and plugged it in using the AG-B3 AV adapter to the wall. The viewfinder comes on and I can see a picture through it but there are a ton of jiggling white lines through the picture in the finder. Also when I click record it wont do anything at all. Not to mention when I try to playback a VHS it will rotate the rewind knobs but wont play a thing.
There's a noise coming from the top of the unit as well.
Now he said he would give me my money back but I'd love to get it working...Am I doing something wrong?
