I recently purchased a Samsung series 8 TV. I love it but the built in WAP and apps are appallingly slow. My internet connection is good, I get an average of 110mbps on the wire and about 30mbps from the router wifi if I'm near it. The TV is connected directly to the router, as the TV is a good distance from the router using the built in WAP would be great as the wifi signal strength is low in that part of the house.
Unfortunately the wap speed is super slow. I can only get about 3mbps out of it. Does anyone use the Samsung TV wap? Can you get decent speeds out of it? Is there something I need to do to make it work?
