How to change the title under the avatar?

I'm not seeing anything referred to as "title" or "text under avatar".

I see a "description" under the place where I load a new avatar image, but that doesn't make sense, and requires a re-load of an image.

You can also enter a custom user title from your profile page via the edit community profile button.
