Yamaha launched yesterday their 2013 upgrades to the RX-V family:

"Yamaha Launches Next Generation of Market-Leading RX-V Series AV Receivers; Extends Leadership with Superior Performance and Connectivity

Networked RX-V775WA, RX-V675, RX-V575 and RX-V475 models offer Mobile High-Definition LinkĀ®, streaming services and top rated AV Controller App."

The new RX-V Series models will be available at the following dates:
RX-V775WA will be available in April (MSRP: $849.95)
RX-V675 will be available in March (MSRP: $649.95)
RX-V575 will be available in March (MSRP: $549.95)
RX-V475 will be available in March (MSRP: $449.95)
RX-V375 will be available in February (MSRP: $299.95)

See the complete press release here.
The new lineup is available on Yamaha's website here.

According to Amazon, the RX-V375 is available already as of yesterday.

Considering the RX-V373 is still available for around $177 at Fry's, I wonder whether the new 375 is worth $250 for what seems like really minor upgrades.

Thoughts?

We're getting to the point where new lines of receivers are just minor upgrades and last years models are sometimes as good or even better. Companies have to release a new line every year to stay current, but there's only so much you can add anymore.
