Right out of the box the "Cinema" preset is the most accurate. Avoid the "Dynamic" or "Vivid" preset. Ideally if you have BD player you should pick up a setup disc, like the Disney WOW disc, or the Spears & Munsil disc. I personally own the Spears & Munsil and they're releasing a 2nd gen disc soon. I'm very happy with the Spears and Munsil and I know it's widely touted as one of the best setup discs available.
Using the setup disc is a bit involved, not difficult by any means, but ideally the setup should take a bit of time adjusting each individual setting accurately.
