In ceiling speaker between $200 to $300??

Hello everyone, I'm researching and as you know searching for speakers is tough. I am moving into a house with an open floor plan. The living room is 17.5' x 17.8' that opens right into a 12' x 17' kitchen.

I want to find some nice in ceiling speakers to mount behind my couch area with angled tweeters pointed towards the main sitting area of my couch so I can have a good surround sound experience. Currently, I have two Polk FXi A6 speakers that I am looking to replace.

Any help?

I never heard of them before. Looking at that speaker in the top link , it has 4 ohms resistance, and freq response of 38Hz to 21KHz. Isn't a higher ohm resistance easier for the amp to push/better?

My receiver is an Onkyo 709 for what its worth. It claims:

110 Watts per Channel at 8 Ohms, 20 Hz-20 kHz, 0.08%, 2 Channels Driven, FTC

What are your thoughts on that speaker?

Im trying to figure out what to look for when purchasing a speaker, as I don't really understand speakers. I think I want an 8" due to the size of my room, right?

The problem with those is I don't really have any nearby side walls in new house. Ceiling seems to be the only way to go.
