We're not discussing the PS3. At the PS4 launch, Sony said "We didn't build a box". That might be a decent pun if taken literally but figuratively what they meant was the whole online experience is being rebuilt and rebooted. Apple used to enforce a 1 download limit and that's gone. Wait for Sony to discuss the policies in their new store before declaring what's going to happen in the future, with a system that has yet to be released.
