Nettop HTPC buy now or wait? - 2013

i am looking to use a bunch of amazon gift cards up and i was looking for a nettop that has 5.1 audio thought the hdmi, can play a 1080p bluray rip, stream netflix in hd from hulu/youtube/amazon prime/ use Windows media center to play/ stream live tv and recorded tv shows from another computer i have a ceton infinitv4 in as well as just general video web experiences. when ive been searching amazon the zotac model pops up alot. i am not sure which ones support 5.1 audio. can someone direct me to the right place or give advice? i saw they have one that has a core i3 in it but it looks like its only stereo output. lame.
i have a couple of usb drives i have a bunch of videos on i would like to use as well.
i am looking to spend around/under $420
i really want to buy now but is there anything coming up in the next month or so that i should wait?

I was thinking that but I was hoping to spend less than that but
allowing myself a buffer Zone.so 200 or more Would be better but but not limited to. I was thinking an assassin pc maybe... I don't know... I was sort of liking the zotac or Asus features and specifications and size. like I said I would like to 5.1 audio to go through the HDMI port with the video to my receiver. also I am limited because I am a quadriplegic so I have to direct people on what to do for connecting wires or doing this or doing that. so it would be a little difficult to explain how to build a mini pc.

i just looked at the prices on amazon AND THEY ALL WENT UP IN PRICE! WHATS UP WITH THAT? just my luck. lol
