Help me!!!!!!! So Frustrated with this!!!!

ok so here's what's going on. I recently updated my ps3 and now when I stream movies to my ps3 I get the cinavia error message. I did some reading and it says I can just bypass this by using my optical out to my reciever and run it with DTS. So I am streaming using the ps3 media server and have the optical connected to my Yamaha reciever set to DTS. Now the video is shaky the sound comes and goes and its totally frustrating. Any ideas or suggestions on how to fix this? Your help is greatly appreciated
