Zodiac which version?

I notice there are 2 versions in Amazon.

One is:

Run Time: 158
Aspect Ratio: 1.77:1
2 discs

$11

The other is a Director's cut (All region Import)

Run Time: 162
Aspect Ratio: 2.40:1
2 discs

$22

Which one is the preferred?
same transfer?

Apparently amazon got the specs wrong (once again...) the $11 version is the same director's cut as before, only it's a reissue, I doubt it's a new transfer though. If you look at the screenshots it does have the new UPC (I have the previous edition with the other UPC) but the specs are the same. 162mn director's cut, with Dolby TrueHD. I wouldn't bother with the import then. I'm think the 1.77:1 AR is a mistake.

This sounds like the Warner's reissuing the original Parmount Home Video title. Get it the price is right. Also the import is Dolby Digtal not True HD. I got the import when the domestic copies were out of print and prices were way up there. And yes, some of Amazon's info is wrong.

Yes, it's the exact same release.
