Need help choosing budget receiver

Hi Everyone, new to the forum.

I was just given a set of Bose Accustimass 10 (I know, I know, but it's free) for my new home and need help choosing a receiver. I'd like to stay under $250+tax (strict, gf's already not happy about another expense) and here are a few I've found.

Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. I'm no Audiophile, this is used to integrate my 3D TV, HTPC and PS3. 3D needed, but no need for airplay, ipod etc. USed for movies, music and occasional gaming.

Thank you both for your help and recommendations! Unfortunately, I'm up north and prices are overinflated in Canada. I'll see if I can ship one up through my company.
