Hisense F42K20E Flat screen TV problem

When I change channels a snapping noise can be heard from the TV. This has been going on since new. Can't find out who to contact about the problem. The TV is ten months old but not out of factory warrenty. How do contact Hesense about the problem? The box for the TV did not contain a warrenty booklet or service contact information.
