adding titles to Finalized DVD?

Hi,

I'm fairly new to this, but have a question: I copied titles on my Magnavox 515 onto a DVD and then finalized it to give to a friend. I just realized there were additional titles that I forgot to copy onto the DVD.

I know that you can't add anything to a finalized DVD, but am I able to copy the titles on the DVD back to the HDD, and then burn a fresh DVD with the additional titles? If not, is there any recourse to adding titles?

Also, if I copy the DVD on my PC, is the new DVD automatically finalized?

Here's the help file on copying a Finalized DVD to the HDD.

The PC program I use to create DVDs does an automatic "Closing"... not sure if all are automatic.

By the term "copy" I assume you mean duplicate.
Answer = yes.
Use the free program ImgBurn to first rip the source DVD to an .iso file (disk image file) then to burn the image to other DVD-R disks.

To add titles to a finalized DVD Video disk, re-author it on your PC.
